The roots of QX - Quality eXperts lie in the automotive industry - as evidenced by a long-standing partnership with car manufacturers and suppliers.

Technical consulting in the area of series and production support for electronic components in the automotive industry is one of our core competencies. In this network of relationships, we are happy to take over the interface between OEM and suppliers.
Using expert knowledge when it is really needed has many advantages in the value chain: In many cases, time-consuming repairs can be shortened considerably, or the replacement of complete components can be avoided entirely. In this context, knowing exactly where a possible error or malfunction is located reduces the risk of repeat repairs, thereby lowering warranty costs and increasing overall satisfaction among your direct and indirect customers.
Your options: For example, we support workshop personnel in the diagnosis of complex error patterns or directly at the manufacturer's production line and generate important information for error analysis and product development of components or subsystems as part of a continuous improvement process (CIP).

Total Quality Management (TQM) is of great importance in the automotive industry. In standardized processes, we document the type of complaint as well as the responsibilities and measures to remedy a defect, with the aim of producing a complete 8D report. We support you in the implementation and monitoring of corrective and shutdown measures as well as in the execution of necessary sorting and reworking of affected components.
